General Shipping Information

We use multiple major courier and freight services to dispatch our orders both within Australia and internationally. Please note that shipping estimates displayed at checkout are provided by the carrier and are subject to change. These estimates do not include our processing and packing times, which can take 1–7 business days depending on the item.

Some delivery services may display expected arrival dates, while others may not. We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframes shown, as actual shipping duration is subject to the carrier and external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, road closures, pandemics).


Order Processing Time

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–7 business days.
If your order includes a product we don’t regularly stock and it's unavailable, we’ll contact you with an estimated ETA and give you the option to proceed or cancel.


Flat Rate Shipping

We offer $26 flat rate shipping Australia-wide on the majority of our products.

Please note: This flat rate excludes:

  • Large items
  • Heavy items
  • Dangerous goods (e.g. lithium batteries)

Lithium Battery Shipping
  • A $55 flat shipping rate applies to lithium batteries up to 30kg.
  • For lithium batteries over 30kg, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Due to the nature of dangerous goods, lithium batteries require special handling and are shipped via approved carriers only.


Batteries

All batteries (including lithium, AGM, deep cycle, and others) are classified as dangerous goods.
Shipping costs for batteries will be calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and freight classification.

Note: This applies to both standalone battery purchases and any kits that include batteries.


Large & Heavy Items

Large and heavy items may require delivery on a pallet or in a crate. These items incur an additional delivery charge due to their size, weight, and special handling requirements.

Pallet deliveries are only available to commercial/business addresses or local freight depots that can accommodate pallet offloading.

If you need delivery to a residential address, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss alternative delivery options and provide a quote.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes
  • Domestic (Australia):
    Metro areas: 2–8 business days
    (Carrier-dependent; no guarantees provided)
  • International:
    2–30+ business days
    (Highly dependent on the destination and customs clearance. We are not liable for any delays.)

Pickup Option

If you select pickup at checkout, we will contact you once your items are ready—typically within 1–7 business days.
Please note: Not all items are stocked in-store. Wait for confirmation before visiting or call to check availability.

Special Order Products (SPOs)

Some products are marked as Special Order due to:

  • Oversized dimensions or weight
  • Stock variability
  • Dangerous goods classification (e.g., batteries)

These products cannot be purchased online. Please contact our sales team directly to place an order.


PO Box Deliveries

Orders can be sent to PO Boxes via StarTrack only. Ensure your PO Box can accommodate the product size.
Any undeliverable items due to box limitations or incorrect information will require reshipping at your cost.


Delivery Instructions
  • Authority to Leave (ATL):
    Add a note at checkout if you permit delivery without signature. We will forward this request to the carrier.
    Note: ATL is not always honored by couriers, and Elevate Automotive is not liable for theft or damage when ATL is selected. Do not choose ATL for apartment buildings or gated addresses.
  • Signature Required:
    Request signature-on-delivery in the notes at checkout. If unattended, the item may be returned to the local depot for collection.
    Note: Some carriers may not honor this request despite our instructions.

We strive to keep stock levels updated online. In rare cases of backorders or supplier delays, we will notify you promptly.

Common reasons for order delays:
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

  • High-demand items requiring dispatch from outside our standard network
  • Shipping flagged for fraud prevention (we may contact you to confirm details)
