WHY A DRAWER SYSTEM BEATS PLASTIC TUBS

Full-extension runners give you the whole drawer at the tailgate, not the last third. Recovery gear, tools, cooking kit and clothes all sit in fixed positions instead of shifting around every corrugation. Load-rated tops double as a bench when the tailgate is down.

MSA 4X4 COMPLETE KITS

MSA 4x4 makes vehicle-specific dual-drawer kits that use factory tie-downs and trim clips — no cutting into the tub. The 300 Series complete kit fits the 2021–current wagon with fridge slide, wing kits and top plates included. Runner-rated to 227kg per drawer.

ELEVATE-BUILT DRAWER MODULES

Our own drawer system for the 150 Prado is fabricated at our Bayswater workshop from 2mm powder-coated steel, with soft-close 100kg runners and a hinged wing over the wheel arch. We build the same modules into our /collections/troopy-interior-kit and can size a set for any 4WD you drive in.

PAIR WITH A FRIDGE SLIDE AND CARGO BARRIER

Most drawer builds get a fridge slide over the top for a 40–75L unit and a set of hold-downs for jerry cans, recovery boards and water. See /collections/fridge-slides for MSA and Clearview slides, and /collections/hold-down-gear for load-rated ratchet straps.

FITTED AT OUR PERTH WORKSHOP

We install MSA and Elevate drawer systems at our Bayswater workshop, usually in a single day. If you're running a fridge and battery box out of the drawer we can wire the Anderson plugs, cigarette sockets and lighting at the same time. Book the fit or call us to spec the right kit for your tub.

MSA make complete drop-in kits for the popular 4WDs including 200/300 Series, Prado, Hilux, Ranger, Everest and Patrol. Elevate builds custom drawers for the 78 Series Troopy and the 150 Prado where MSA doesn't have a fit.
MSA drawer slides are rated to 227kg per drawer for the standard range. That's enough for tools, spares, recovery gear or a fridge sitting on the top plate. Don't stand on them.
Yes. Drawer systems are designed to take a fridge slide bolted to the top platform — most 40 to 60 litre fridges suit the standard MSA layout. Check drawer height plus fridge height clears your rear window.
Not usually — drawer systems sit on the load floor and leave the under-floor spare well intact. On the 200 Series and Prado the well is still accessible; the drawer top just lifts to get to it.
