WHY RAM MOUNTS OVER THE CHEAP HOLDERS?

RAM is a modular ball-and-socket system, American-made from marine-grade materials, and it doesn't shake apart on corrugations. Once you have a base and an arm, you can swap the phone cradle for a tablet, camera or GPS in seconds.

WHICH BASE DO I NEED FOR MY 4WD?

Depends on where you want it — suction cup for the windscreen, drill-down pod for a dash panel, screw-down base for a fabricated bracket, or a Tough-Claw to clamp onto a UHF or roof console rail. Tell us the vehicle and mounting spot and we'll match it.

WILL THE X-GRIP HOLD A PHONE IN A CASE?

Yes — the X-Grip fits phones from 4.6" to 8" including bulky OtterBox and Lifeproof cases. The four-arm design holds the frame, not the case, so it stays put on rough tracks.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH RAM BALL SIZES?

The B-size (1") ball is standard for phones and smaller devices; the C-size (1.5") ball is heavier duty for tablets, cameras and marine displays. Use size-matched arms — never adapt across sizes on load-bearing mounts.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll call when your order is ready (usually 1–3 days). Please wait for our confirmation before driving down; we don't stock every SKU on the shelf. Address: 1/6 Radius Loop, Bayswater WA 6053. Open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Domestic delivery within Australia is typically 2–8 business days depending on carrier and destination. International orders vary 2–30+ business days by country. We don't ship to PO boxes as most couriers don't deliver to them.

Phone Holders

The RAM Mounts range for 4WDs, trucks and touring vehicles — X-Grip phone holders, tablet cradles, suction cup and pod bases, and the double socket arms and ball adapters that connect them. Everything modular, everything American-made.
