WHY CENTRAL LOCK YOUR CANOPY

A canopy with three or four doors becomes a three-or-four-key nuisance if every one has its own lock — which is why people give up locking them, and why gear walks off jobsites. Wire the whole canopy into the vehicle's central locking and one press of the remote locks everything: doors, jerry cans, BBQ box, tool drawers. Same key, one action.

Our Whale Tail handles are the standard central-locking T-handles for canopy doors — stainless mechanism, weather-sealed, actuator-ready. Same look as the manual whale tails the canopy came with, but with the guts to slave off the factory central locking. Direct-fit replacement into standard whale tail cutouts.

FASTLOCK ELECTRIC T-HANDLE

The Fastlock Electronically Locking T-Handle is a bent-tongue whale tail with the 12/24V electric actuator built into the handle itself — no separate solenoid rod inside the door. Cleaner install, less that can go wrong, and works on both 12V and 24V systems for fleet and mine-spec vehicles.

CANOPY DOOR KIT — LOCKS + LED STRIP

The Canopy Door Kit bundles the central-locking Whale Tail handles with our Dual Colour Amber/White Dimmable LED Strip Light, wired so the strip comes on when the door opens — white when you want to see, amber when you don't want mozzies. One-part number, everything to make a canopy door lockable and lit.

WIRED AND FITTED AT BAYSWATER

Wiring a canopy into a modern factory central-locking loom takes a CAN interface for some vehicles and a simple splice on others — we know which is which.
