Minebars, Beacons & Amber Warning Lights in Perth

Most WA mine sites, oversize-load work, tow trucks and roadside recovery require an amber beacon on before you enter. Site inductions specify visibility — which usually means Class 1 output, low-profile mount and clean 10–30V wiring. Buy once with the right rating and you're not swapping units when the site spec changes.

The Roadvision Revolver RB112 is our workshop default — 10 flash functions, 28W, 10–30V, low-profile so it clears carwashes and shed doorways. The RB1552 is the 5-function version if you don't need the extra patterns. Both use the RB112/122-series Beacon Bracket to hard-mount, or the Roadvision Pole-Mount Bracket if you're running a whip pole.

The Hulk 4x4 12/24V Minebar combines tail, brake and indicator lamps, a rotating amber beacon and a reverse alarm in a single bar across the rear of a canopy or tray — the version with work lights adds two work LEDs for unloading at night. For a beacon that moves between vehicles — a boss's ute, a subcontractor swapping trucks, a pilot vehicle for a one-off oversize job — the KT Cables Magnetic Amber LED Beacon and Acot500 12-24VDC Magnetic Amber unit plug into the cigarette socket and stick to the roof. The Qvee 132mm Small LED Rotating Beacon and Acot500 24W Low Profile are the hard-wired equivalents for permanent installs.

A beacon install is about wiring — fused correctly, switched from the cabin, and cabled without water ingress into the roof.
