Q: Can I swap my AGM Deep Cycle battery for a Custom Lithium battery?
A: Only if your charging system supports lithium charging profiles with bulk voltages between 14.2–14.6V and float voltages between 13.4–13.6V.
Q: What size DC-DC charger do I need?
A: We recommend a 40A DC-DC charger for faster recharge, but 25A–30A chargers are also compatible. All DC-DC chargers we supply support lithium batteries.
Q: What charging profile should I use?
A: Charge voltage should be between 14.2V and 14.6V with absorption/float voltage between 13.4V and 13.6V. Use LiFePO4 settings if available.
Q: Are Custom Lithium batteries IEC-62619 certified?
A: Yes, all use IEC-62619 certified components and comply with AS/NZS 3001 standards.
