RedVision & Integrated System Control in Perth

RedVision is a 3.5″ colour touchscreen that sits in the caravan, canopy or dash and shows every input and output on the Redarc system — battery percentage, solar amps in, DC-DC amps in, load draw, water tank levels, and up to 8 switched outputs for lights, fridges and pumps. It replaces four separate displays and a rocker panel with one screen.

The Manager30 (and the RedVision Kit that bundles it with a display) is the workshop favourite for touring builds up to a 300Ah lead-acid or 200Ah lithium bank — 30A DC-DC in one unit. The Manager Alpha50, Alpha75 and Alpha100 step that up to 50A, 75A and 100A DC-DC for bigger banks and heavier draw. The TVMS Prime with RedVision and TVMS1240 Rogue Control Module are the total-vehicle switching side of the system — pair them with any Manager or standalone DC-DC.

Roughly: 100–200Ah lithium and a fridge — Manager30 is right. 200–300Ah lithium, induction cooktop or air conditioner — Alpha50 or Alpha75. 300Ah+ lithium with an inverter running (see /collections/inverters) — Alpha100. If the vehicle is spending 4–5 hours a day charging off the alternator, the DC-DC rating needs to match, or you'll never top up.

Garmin PowerSwitch runs 6 outputs (28A total, individually configurable) that you control from a compatible Garmin GPS head unit or the Garmin Drive app. No rocker switches in the cabin — lights, compressor, fridge and camp gear all live on the head unit screen. It suits an owner already committed to a Garmin nav ecosystem rather than the Redarc one.

A RedVision or TVMS install is only as good as the wiring and configuration — tank sender calibration, output labels, current limits per circuit.
