A diesel air heater is one of the highest-value upgrades on any touring build — clean warm air for less than 200mL of diesel a night. The Webasto Air Top 2000 STC is the gold standard: German-made, quiet, 2kW output, five-year build history. The Belief 2.2kW kit is the workshop favourite at the cheaper end — well-built, reliable and comes with a full install kit.

The Duoetto MK2 is a 10L dual-voltage (12V/240V) storage water heater — plug in at a caravan park to heat on 240V, run 12V off-grid. The Aqueous 6L is the compact 12V-only option for canopies and single-user setups. Both give you a proper hot shower without a gas system.

For pressurised water, the Seaflo 45PSI 11.6LPM is the workshop standard — enough flow for a shower and a kitchen tap at the same time, quiet enough not to wake anyone. The 40PSI 3.8LPM is the smaller-draw option for canopies with a single tap; the 70PSI portable washdown kit is what we spec for boat and 4WD washdowns.

The Egon Water Hub V2 integrates pump, filter, expansion tank and pressure control into one wall-mount unit. It replaces four separate components with one serviceable module, and pairs with the Egon hose kit and electric connection kit for a clean canopy or camper install.

Diesel heater installs need proper fuel line routing, exhaust clearance and combustion air intake — not a job for a driveway.
