Custom Aluminium Ute Trays in Perth

An off-the-shelf tray is a compromise on every measurement — deck length, headboard height, mudguard flare, cab clearance. A tray we build for your specific ute uses the real body-mount pattern, sits at the right height for your canopy plans, and lands within a millimetre of the cab.

Our dual-cab 1800mm tray comes with a 1m trundle drawer, a 50L integrated water tank, colour-coded sides in your factory paint code, tie-down rails on all three sides, and mudguards. Under-tray toolbox mounts, Anderson power outlets, and canopy-ready sub-frame add-ons are all available at build time.

Most of the trays we build end up under a canopy — either an aluminium canopy we've integrated with the tray sub-frame, or a customer-supplied canopy sized to the tray we've built. The integrated 50L Boab poly water tank sits under the deck out of harm's way and drains through a Nitto quick-coupling. LED work lights, reversing lights and Anderson plugs are wired into the tray sub-frame at build time so nothing gets retrofitted with exposed cable later.
