LETS TOW-PRO ELITE RUN ON 24V

Takes 24V input and outputs the 12V feed the Tow-Pro Elite needs — supports the red wire (brake trigger) and power supply.

24V BRAKE LIGHT COMPATIBLE

The Tow-Pro override button switches on the 24V vehicle's brake lights through the adaptor.

BATTERY EQUALISATION BUILT IN

Protects the two 12V batteries in a 24V bank from imbalance when drawing the 12V feed.

REQUIRED FOR ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC ON 24V

On 24V vehicles running electric/hydraulic trailer brakes or ESC, Redarc's install guide calls out the EB24A.

2 YEAR REDARC WARRANTY

Backed by 2 years direct from Redarc. Repair or replacement in accordance with Redarc's warranty policy.

EB24A Manual

Suitable for 24V vehicles requiring integration with 12V electric brake controllers.

Q: When do I need the EB24A?
A: On 24V vehicles running a 12V Tow-Pro Elite brake controller. Also required on 24V vehicles pulling trailers with electric/hydraulic brakes, or where the tow vehicle has an electronic stability control system sensitive to 24V inputs.

Q: Does it work with electric-only trailer brakes on a 24V vehicle?
A: The Tow-Pro Elite drives 24V electric trailer brakes directly — the EB24A is not required in that case. Fit the EB24A when the trailer has electric/hydraulic brakes or when ESC integration needs a 12V feed.

Q: What does the EB24A actually do?
A: Two jobs. It converts the vehicle's 24V brake signal to 12V for the Tow-Pro Elite's red wire input, and it supplies a 12V feed from the 24V battery bank with battery equalisation so the two 12V batteries don't get out of balance.

Q: Does the Tow-Pro Elite override still work?
A: Yes. The EB24A switches the vehicle's 24V brake lights when the Tow-Pro override button is pressed.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 2 years, direct from Redarc.
