The Custom Lithium Dual Battery System is purpose-built for Ford Ranger models from PX2 and PX3 to the Next Gen RA (2015–2024), including variants with the Premium Audio Package such as the Next Gen Raptor.

Available in 100Ah, 150Ah, and 200Ah capacities, this no-drill solution integrates directly into the tub area and eliminates the need for a separate battery tray. Built with A-grade LiFePO4 cells and protected by a Heltech BMS with active cell balancing, this rugged, compact system offers maximum power in a minimal footprint.

Designed and manufactured in Australia, it's engineered for reliability in demanding environments.

Suits all Ford Ranger models from PX2 to Next Gen RA (2015–2024), including those with Premium Audio.
Designed as a no-drill solution for the tub panel area. Battery tray not required. Some panel trimming may be needed—contact us for install advice.

Q: Can I replace my AGM with this Custom Lithium battery?
A: Yes, provided your chargers are lithium-compatible. Ensure bulk voltage is 14.2–14.6V and float is 13.4–13.6V.

Q: What DC-DC charger size should I use?
A: 40A models are ideal for faster charging. Smaller (25A–30A) chargers work well but will be slower. All Victron and Redarc DC-DC chargers we supply are compatible.

Q: Are the batteries certified?
A: Yes. Custom Lithium batteries use IEC-62619 certified components and meet AS/NZS 3001 standards.
