A solid-state auxiliary switch panel that puts eight programmable circuits behind one dashboard-mounted controller. Runs light bars, work lights, air compressors, dual-battery fridges, roof-rack accessories, winch trigger circuits and camp lighting off a single remote power module wired to the battery. Fits 4WDs, utes, trucks, camper trailers, caravans and marine helms running 12V or 24V systems.

The dash-mount panel itself is a low-current controller. The remote power module carries the full 60A load and mounts under the bonnet or in the canopy, so no high-current cable runs into the cabin. Each of the eight circuits runs through a solid-state driver rated to 25A, programmable per switch for on/off, momentary or pulsating operation. Backlit buttons are full RGB with per-switch colour selection, and two of the eight positions accept a high-beam trigger input for legally-compliant driving-light and light-bar wiring under ADR.

Total continuous draw across all eight circuits is capped at 60A. Any individual circuit running above 25A (winch solenoid, large inverter, high-current air compressor) needs an external relay slaved to that switch output. Wire the panel's battery feed direct to the source with the supplied circuit breaker, not from an ignition-switched circuit.

  • 8 programmable circuits — on/off, momentary or pulsating per switch.
  • 60A total capacity — 25A per circuit continuous rating.
  • Solid-state switching — silent, no relays, no moving contacts.
  • Full RGB backlighting — programmable colour per switch face.
  • Master on/off override — kills all outputs in one press.
  • 2 high-beam inputs — ADR-compliant driving-light wiring on switches 1 and 5.
  • Wide voltage range — 10-30V DC covers 12V and 24V systems.
  • Wide operating temperature — rated -40°C to 105°C for cabin, engine bay or canopy.
  • 70 switch decals — accessory icons for label customisation.
  • Flush-mount kit — clean dash-integrated installation.

Electrical

Voltage input: 10-30V DC

Total output: 60A continuous

Per circuit: 25A max

Standby draw: <100mA

Control

Circuits: 8

Modes: On/Off, Momentary, Pulse

High-beam inputs: 2 (switches 1 & 5)

Trigger polarity: +/− switched

Master override: Yes

Illumination

Backlight: Full RGB

Status LED: Red

Decals supplied: 70 icons

Environmental

Operating temp: -40°C to 105°C

Mount the dash panel through a flat panel cutout using the supplied flush-mount kit. Mount the power module in a dry, ventilated location under the bonnet, in the canopy or behind the dash, with enough clearance for the wiring harness bends. Run the supplied battery lead directly to the battery through the supplied circuit breaker, not from an ignition-switched source. Wire each accessory circuit from the numbered power-module output to that accessory's positive feed. Where high-beam-triggered outputs are used, tap the vehicle high-beam wire into the labelled trigger input (positive or negative switched). Program each switch mode and RGB colour from the dash panel using the sequence in the manual.

Dashboard-mounted auxiliary switch panel for 12V and 24V DC vehicle systems.
4WDs, utes, trucks, camper trailers, caravans, boats
10-30V DC input (covers 12V and 24V systems)
Not for 240V AC accessories — switches auxiliary DC circuits only

Q: What does a solid-state switch panel actually mean?
Solid-state means the switching is handled by silicon transistors, not mechanical relays. No moving contacts to wear out, no relay click, no arc pitting. The dash panel is a low-current controller that tells the remote power module which circuits to turn on. Practical benefit: silent operation, no relay-chatter under vibration, longer service life than a mechanical relay panel.

Q: How many amps can each switch handle?
Each of the 8 outputs is rated to 25A continuous. Total draw across all 8 combined is capped at 60A continuous. A single circuit drawing more than 25A (a winch solenoid or a large air compressor) needs an external relay slaved to that switch output.

Q: What does momentary mode do?
Momentary means the output stays on only while the switch is pressed and cuts off the moment you release it. Useful for winch trigger circuits, air-horn buttons, water-pump primers or any accessory that needs on-demand pulsing rather than latched on/off.

Q: What are the high-beam inputs for?
ADR-compliant driving lights and light bars must switch off when the vehicle high beam drops to low beam. Two of the eight switch positions accept a trigger wire tapped from the vehicle high-beam circuit — when high beam goes off, so do those two channels. Positive-switched or negative-switched trigger both work.

Q: Where does the power module mount?
Anywhere dry, ventilated and out of the cabin — under the bonnet on the guard, in the canopy on a bulkhead, or behind the dash if space allows. The dash panel connects via a low-current data harness so only the module needs to be near the battery. Standby draw with all channels off is under 100mA.

Q: Does it work on 24V systems?
Yes. Input range is 10-30V DC, which covers 12V vehicles, 24V trucks and dual-battery caravans running either voltage. The per-circuit amperage rating stays 25A regardless of voltage.

Q: What can I actually run on it?
LED light bars and driving lights, work lights, air compressors, dual-battery fridges, roof-rack accessories, winch trigger inputs, camp lighting, air horns, reverse cameras, water pumps, awning lights. Anything drawing under 25A per circuit and 60A total. Larger draws need an external relay.

Q: Can I change the button colours?
Yes. Each backlit button is full RGB and programmable independently, so different circuits can carry different colours (red for cabin, amber for parking, blue for auxiliary, white for utility). Programming is done from the dash panel using the sequence in the installation manual.

Q: What labels come with it?
70 pre-printed decals for the switch faces covering common accessory icons (light bar, spotlight, reverse light, fridge, compressor, winch, rear work, camp light, etc). Apply the ones that suit your build, keep the rest for later changes.

Q: Is a fuse or circuit breaker included?
Yes — a battery-feed circuit breaker is supplied in the kit along with the wiring harnesses, battery lead set and mounting hardware. Run the breaker inline on the battery-side lead per the manual.
