The Bushman DC-X Fridge Box is the aluminium cage purpose-built to hold a Bushman DC-X upright fridge in a 4x4 canopy, service body or camper build. Engineered and tested by Bushman and TL Engineering, made in Australia from 2.5mm aluminium.

Available in six variants across three fridge sizes and two colour finishes:

  • DC65-X size — in silver (FRBOX-65) or black powder-coat (FRBOX-65-BLK)
  • DC85-X size — in silver (FRBOX-85) or black powder-coat (FRBOX-85-BLK)
  • DC130-X size — in silver (FRBOX-130) or black powder-coat (FRBOX-130-BLK)

Pick the size that matches your Bushman fridge and the finish that suits your build. The black powder-coat resists marks and smudges better than raw aluminium; the silver is the traditional Bushman look.

The cage lets air move freely around the compressor — the single most important factor in fridge performance in a hot vehicle — while holding the fridge properly located against corrugations.
