An OEM-style push button switch that slots straight into the factory blank on early Toyota and 70-Series dash panels. Each variant carries a laser-etched icon on the face, winch, driving lights, air compressor, light bar, work lights, beacon, inverter, water pump, water heater, battery link or rear lights, so the finished panel reads like the factory did it. Fits 21 by 58mm dash cut-outs on the LandCruiser 70, 76, 78 and 79 Series, 100 Series, 200 Series, Prado 120, HiLux, HiAce, Highlander, Kluger, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, Fortuner, Tacoma and Tundra.

The 21 by 58mm face carries dual LED illumination. The bottom LED wires to the dash-lighting circuit so it glows at night with the headlights on. The top LED wires to the switched output so it lights when the switch is on. Ships with a pre-wired harness and connector plug for straight-in wiring, so no separate crimping or terminals are needed. Laser-etched icons and text stay legible in the sun without fading.

Rated at 3A per switch at 12V DC. Run any accessory drawing more than 3A through a relay, with the switch controlling the relay coil rather than the load. Winches, light bars, air compressors, inverters and driving lights all draw far more than 3A and need a relay in every case.

Q: What size dash blank does this switch fit?
A 21 by 58mm rectangular blank. This is Toyota's standard large dash switch cut-out on early models and 70-Series vehicles.

Q: Does it fit my vehicle without cutting or drilling?
Yes on the models listed in the Fitment section. It drops straight into the factory blank with no dash trimming, drilling or modification.

Q: What does the 3A rating actually mean in practice?
The switch itself only carries 3A at 12V DC. That is enough for a small LED indicator or a relay coil, but any real accessory like a winch, light bar, driving lights, air compressor or inverter draws far more current than that. Wire the switch to a relay coil and let the relay's contacts carry the accessory load.

Q: What is a relay and why do I need one?
A relay is an electrically-operated switch that lets a small control signal switch a much larger load. Your 3A dash switch feeds the relay coil, and the relay's contacts then carry 30 to 100A to the accessory. This is standard automotive wiring practice for anything drawing more than a couple of amps.

Q: Why are there two LEDs on the switch?
The bottom LED is the backlight. Wire it to the dash-lighting circuit so the switch glows at night with the headlights on. The top LED is the activation light. Wire it to the switched output so it lights up when the switch is on. Both LEDs are optional and the switch still works if either is left disconnected.

Q: Which icons are available in the range?
Eleven icons: Air Compressor, Battery Link, Beacon, Driving Lights, Inverter, Light Bar, Rear Lights, Water Heater, Water Pump, Winch and Work Lights. Pick the variant that matches the accessory you are wiring.

Q: Are these genuine Toyota parts?
No. These are OEM-styled aftermarket switches sized to fit the factory Toyota blank. The face colour, dimensions and LED layout match the factory switch appearance so the finished panel reads like OEM.

Q: What comes in the box?
One switch, one pre-wired harness and one connector plug. Ready to wire into the vehicle without buying extra terminals or connectors.

Q: Does the switch latch on, or is it momentary?
Latching on and off. Press once to turn on (top LED lights), press again to turn off.

Q: Will it work in a 24V truck or caravan system?
No. The switch and its LEDs are 12V DC rated. Running 24V will burn out the LEDs and can damage the switch contacts.

Q: Can I add this switch to a newer Prado 150 or HiLux 2015 onwards?
No. The dash blank shape and size are different on those models. This switch fits the Toyota models listed in the Fitment section only; confirm your vehicle before ordering.

Q: Can I use one of these switches to run a compressor fridge?
Only through a relay. Most compressor fridges draw 4-6A while the compressor is running, which is above the switch's 3A rating. Wire the switch to a relay coil and let the relay carry the fridge feed.
