A flush-mount fascia that puts a 50A Anderson-style plug and a 12V cigarette socket behind a single cut-out. Runs a dual-battery feed, solar input or portable-power line through the Anderson side, and a fridge, tyre inflator, phone charger or work light through the cigarette socket. Fits caravan cabinets, 4WD dashboards, tub covers, drawer fronts, slide-out kitchens and canopy walls with a 45×63mm cut-out.

The fascia is a stamped steel plate with a black powder finish and four corner screw holes for M4 fixings or self-tappers. The Anderson-style plug is grey-key SB50 and mates only with other grey-key housings. The cigarette barrel is a standard 21mm inside diameter with a spring-loaded centre contact. The whole assembly sits about 45mm deep behind the panel.

Grey-key housings only mate with grey, so do not force red, blue, yellow or black housings onto the front plug. Fuse the Anderson feed at the source for the cable size behind it, and fuse the cigarette circuit separately at 10 to 15A depending on the accessory. Keep this one inside a cabinet or protected panel; the fascia is not sealed against water spray.

  • Dual outlets — 50A Anderson plus 12V cigarette in one panel
  • Grey-key SB50 — mates only with matching grey-key housings
  • Steel fascia — stamped plate with black powder finish
  • Standard socket — 21mm ID cigarette barrel fits any 12V accessory
  • 45x63mm cut-out — clean rectangular hole for dashboards or panels
  • Rear-wire install — connects from behind with no exposed cabling

Q: What does grey-key SB50 mean?
SB50 Anderson-style housings ship in seven colours, and each colour is a mechanical key. Grey mates only with grey, red only with red, and so on. The keying stops you accidentally cross-connecting a solar feed to a battery feed on the same rig.

Q: Is the 50A the plug rating or the socket rating?
Both. Standard SB50 housings and contacts are rated 50A continuous at 600V DC, so the panel-mount plug carries the same limit. Fuse the Anderson feed at 40A or less at the source to protect the cable, not the connector.

Q: How much current can the 12V cigarette socket handle?
A standard 12V cigarette barrel like this one is rated 15A continuous at 12V DC. Fuse it separately at 10 to 15A depending on the accessory. It is not intended for winches or inverters above about 150W.

Q: What size hole do I need to cut?
45mm x 63mm rectangular cut-out for the fascia body. Allow 5mm clearance around the outside for the flange to sit flat.

Q: How deep is it behind the panel?
About 45mm of clear depth behind the panel for the connector body, plus another 30 to 50mm for cable service loop and strain relief.

Q: Can I use this in a 24V system?
The 12V cigarette side is rated for 12V only, so 24V plug-in accessories will not work reliably on that outlet. The Anderson-style side is voltage-agnostic and works at any DC voltage within the SB50 rating.

Q: Is it waterproof?
The fascia is not sealed. Use it inside a cabinet, drawer or protected panel, not on an exterior surface exposed to rain or high-pressure washing.

Q: Does the Anderson plug I connect to it come in the box?
No. This is the panel-mount fascia with the flush-mount half only. You still need a mating 50A grey-key Anderson-style plug on the cable side, sized to your cable.

Q: Should I fuse each outlet separately?
Yes. The Anderson feed and the cigarette feed carry very different currents, so fuse each at the source with its own inline fuse or dedicated fuse-block position.
