A powder-coated steel bracket that mounts a Roadvision RB112 or RB122 Revolver series LED beacon to a vehicle or trailer. Puts the beacon on a flat 169.6 × 125 mm plate with a side flange, so the beacon sits in a visible spot and the wiring passes through the central cut-out out of sight. Suits service trucks, mine utes, tow trucks, agricultural machinery and 4WDs that need a beacon fixed in place rather than magnetically dropped on.

Pressed and folded from 2.5 mm steel with a black powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance under sun and dust. The main plate carries a 14 mm wire cut-out plus bolt slots for the beacon base, and the side flange adds two 6.5 × 20 mm slots, two 5 mm holes and a 12 mm hole for fixing to a bull bar, rack or roof panel. Pre-drilled; no cutting or welding needed on install.

The bracket fits the fixed-mount versions of RB112 and RB122 (the Y and 5Y suffixes in Roadvision's part codes). It is not the pole-mount or magnetic-base beacon mount; those beacons use their own purpose-built brackets. Check your beacon's base type before buying.

Q: What is a beacon bracket?
A mounting plate that holds an LED beacon in place on a vehicle. It carries the beacon's bolt pattern and a cut-out for the wiring loom, so the beacon sits flat on a bull bar, roof panel, rack or canopy without you having to drill a custom pattern yourself.

Q: What's a Revolver series beacon?
Revolver is Roadvision's low-profile LED beacon range. The RB112 is the micro size (around 112 mm diameter), the RB122 is the slightly larger version. Both are rotating-pattern amber warning beacons used on commercial, mining and agricultural vehicles.

Q: Which Roadvision beacons does this fit?
The fixed-mount versions of the Revolver RB112 and RB122 series. In Roadvision's part codes these are the models ending in Y (amber fixed) or 5Y (five-flash fixed), such as RB112Y, RB112BY and RB122Y.

Q: Does it fit the magnetic or pole-mount beacons?
No. Magnetic-base beacons (model codes ending in MY) sit directly on the vehicle on a magnet and need no bracket. Pole-mount beacons (model codes ending in PY) use a DIN pole adaptor instead of a flat plate. Both use their own purpose-built mounts, not this bracket.

Q: Where should I mount it on my vehicle?
Anywhere there is a flat panel and clear line of sight: the top of a bull bar, a roof rack cross-bar, a service-body cab roof, a tray rail or a canopy. The side flange gives you a 90-degree option if you need the beacon on a vertical surface rather than a horizontal one.

Q: What's the hole in the middle for?
That 14 mm centre hole is the wire cut-out. It lets the beacon's power loom drop straight through the plate and out the back of the mounting surface, so the wiring stays hidden and protected instead of looping over the edge.

Q: Do mounting bolts come with it?
No bolts are supplied with the bracket. The plate is pre-drilled with slots sized for M4, M5 and M6 bolts, so pick stainless hardware to suit the thickness of the surface you are mounting to.

Q: Will it rust?
The black powder-coat gives corrosion resistance for normal under-canopy and roof-mount use. On a salt-exposed vehicle (coastal or marine) or if the coating gets chipped, touch up the scratch with cold-galv or a rust-inhibitor paint to keep the steel sealed.

Q: Can I use it with other brands of beacon?
The hole pattern is laid out for the Roadvision Revolver RB112 and RB122 bases, so other brands may not line up. Measure your beacon's base-plate bolt pattern against the dimension drawing (14 mm centre, slots at 4 × 20.5 and 4 × 6 mm) before buying if you plan to fit a non-Roadvision beacon.
