A flush panel-mount that puts a 12V cigarette socket and two USB-A ports behind a single cut-out. Runs phone and tablet charging off the USB side; runs a fridge, tyre inflator or work light off the cigarette socket. Fits caravan cabinets, 4WD dash panels, boat helms and canopies with a 3 to 12mm panel.

Both outlets sit under hinged rubber weather caps. The face is 105 by 45mm and clips into the panel from the front so the finish is flush without a bezel. Rear connections are 2-blade spade terminals for straight-in wiring.

The USB ports are for device charging, not high-draw appliances. Rate the DC socket for whatever's plugged into it and fuse both circuits at the source, not at the outlet.

Pairs with

  • Cigarette-style DC socket — fits standard 12V accessory plugs
  • Dual USB ports — for phone and tablet charging
  • Rubber weather caps — hinged, cover both outlets when idle
  • Flush panel finish — sits clean in dash or cabinet
  • Rear 2-blade terminals — straight-in spade connectors
  • Face 105 × 45mm — single cut-out for both outlets

Q: What is a cigarette-style socket?
It is the standard 12V accessory outlet fitted to most cars from the factory. It accepts the plug on tyre inflators, phone chargers, small inverters and fridge power leads. The bore is around 21mm and the socket is sprung to grip the plug.

Q: What can I run off the DC socket?
Anything with a standard cigarette-style plug up to the source fuse rating. Typical loads are phone chargers, tyre inflators, portable fridges up to about 7A, GPS units and small inverters.

Q: What do the USB ports charge?
Phones, tablets, cameras, GPS units, headtorches and other USB-powered devices. Higher-draw appliances belong on the DC socket, not the USB side.

Q: Are the sockets fused inside the unit?
No. Fuse both circuits at the source, sized for the biggest load you plan to run through each. A 15A fuse on the DC socket circuit and a 3A on the USB circuit is a good starting point for a typical panel.

Q: Where does it mount?
In a caravan cabinet, a 4WD dash panel, a boat helm, a canopy or any flat panel around 3 to 12mm thick. It clips in from the front and locks behind the panel.

Q: Is it waterproof?
The rubber caps keep dust and splash out of the outlets when they are closed. Neither the DC socket nor the USB ports are sealed while a plug is in them, so mount it in a weather-protected location rather than exposed to weather.

Q: How do I wire it up?
Two rear 2-blade terminals take standard spade connectors. Run positive from a fused source, negative to a chassis or battery ground. Check polarity against the marking on the socket body before switching anything on.

Q: Can I use it with 24V?
The unit is rated 12V DC. Feeding it 24V will damage the USB regulator and may burn out the socket. For 24V systems use a 24V-rated socket.

Q: What panel thickness does it fit?
Around 3 to 12mm. Very thin sheet metal needs a backing washer to keep the clip biting; very thick timber panels may need the cutout rebated on the back so the body sits fully home.
