The EGON DC Hub is an innovative, cost-effective solution that simplifies vehicle DC wiring installations by removing the need for specialized skills. It integrates all components of a DC system, including the main battery, auxiliary batteries, DC-DC chargers, alternator, solar panels, and other charging sources.

Featuring 10 fused 25-amp general outputs alongside fused 80-amp and 50-amp high-current outputs, each equipped with LED indicators for blown fuses. Premium connectors eliminate the need for soldering, crimping, or heat-shrink, reducing installation time and complexity while facilitating easier troubleshooting and warranty service. 

This combo kit includes a custom stainless-steel mounting bracket and a transparent, durable plastic cover, allowing clear visibility of the hub’s status. The bracket offers versatile mounting options with multiple anchor points for secure cable management, ensuring a fast and straightforward installation process.

Installation Information

Install in a dry, protected area.

No crimping or soldering required.

All terminals are clearly labelled.

Ensure fuses are tight and connections are torqued to specification.

Dual fuses should be used on high-load terminals.

Unused terminals must still be tightened to prevent vibration-related issues.

Recommended Torque Specs:

150A terminal: 3.5 Nm

80A and 40A terminals: 1.5 Nm

25A terminals: 0.6 Nm
