A vehicle-specific set of mounting brackets that holds a Hulk 4x4 Minebar on the front of a 4WD. One kit per vehicle platform, so the bar sits where it needs to without drilling the body.

Brackets are powder-coated steel with stainless steel bolts and fasteners supplied in the pack. The right SKU depends on the vehicle, with nine options covering Ford Ranger PX2 and PX3, Mazda BT-50 UR, Isuzu D-MAX RT, Mitsubishi Triton MQ and MR, Nissan Navara D40 and NP300, Nissan Patrol Y61 and Y62, Toyota Hilux N80, Prado 150-Series and LandCruiser 70 and 200 Series. The kit is the mount only. The Minebar itself (bar, lamps, amber beacon and alarm) is a separate purchase; order it alongside this kit if the vehicle doesn't already have one.

Q: Which SKU do I need for my vehicle?
A: Match the vehicle make, model and year against the SKU chart below. Each kit is engineered for a specific chassis mounting pattern, so the HU9750 for Ford Ranger will not fit a Toyota Hilux. If the exact year sits between two kits (e.g. Ford Ranger PX1 2011-2015), contact us to confirm before ordering.

Q: What is a Minebar actually used for?
A: A Minebar is a 1275mm front-mounted safety light bar used on mining and resource vehicles, often required to meet site safety standards. It combines combination LED lamps, an amber beacon and a reversing alarm into one unit mounted at the front of the vehicle.

Q: Does the kit include the Minebar itself?
A: No. The kit is the mounting brackets and hardware only. The Minebar (the actual light bar with lamps, beacon and alarm) is a separate purchase. Order both together if the vehicle doesn't already have a Minebar fitted.

Q: Can I install this myself?
A: Yes if you're comfortable with basic hand tools and working around the front of the vehicle. The brackets bolt on to existing chassis mount points and the instruction sheet comes in the pack. A workshop can do the fit in under an hour if preferred.

Q: What material are the brackets?
A: Powder-coated steel with stainless steel bolts and fasteners. The steel carries the Minebar's weight; the powder coat and stainless hardware protect against corrosion on mine sites, farms and the coast.

Q: Will this fit if the vehicle has a bull bar?
A: In most cases yes, since the brackets mount to chassis points. On some aftermarket bull bars the geometry can interfere. Check your bull bar brand and model before ordering.

Q: Is this suitable for mine site use?
A: The Minebar system is designed for mine site compliance. The fitting kit is the mounting hardware that holds the bar in place. Check your specific site's requirements for approved mounting positions and bar visibility before ordering.

Q: Can I use this kit to mount a non-Hulk Minebar?
A: No. The brackets are drilled and spaced for the Hulk 4x4 Minebar's specific mounting points. Other brands will not line up without modification.

Q: What's the difference between the HU9754 (Y61) and HU9755 (Y62) kits?
A: The Y61 Patrol (coil-sprung wagon and GU cab chassis) and the Y62 Patrol (modern wagon) have different front chassis geometry, so each gets its own bracket set. The 9754 fits the older Y61 platform; the 9755 fits the newer Y62. They are not interchangeable.
