A 9W LED utility light that puts a wide 90-degree beam behind a hard-coated polycarbonate lens in a fully sealed die-cast aluminium housing. Runs on 10-30V DC, so one lamp handles both 12V and 24V systems. Rated IP67 against dust and short-term water immersion.

Three colour options cover different jobs. White gives a neutral 5000K work beam. Amber reduces glare and attracts fewer bugs for camping. Red stays low-visibility and is the usual pick for cabin lighting, hunting or signalling. Each ships with flat and tubular mounting bases so the same lamp fits a surface or a rail.

Reverse polarity protected and backed by a 3-year Lightforce warranty against defects. Current draw is 0.68A at 13.2V, so a small-gauge feed is enough. LED life is rated to 30,000 hours.

  • Three colour options — White, Red or Amber per use case
  • Die-cast aluminium — fully sealed housing

  • 10-30V multi-voltage — one lamp for 12V and 24V
  • Reverse polarity protected — safe on first-wire mistakes
  • 30,000-hour LED life — long service without re-lamping

Compact LED utility light for work, camping and signalling
10-30V DC systems — covers 12V and 24V
4WDs, caravans, boats, cabins, work vehicles
Red variant — cabin, signalling, hunting (low-visibility)
Amber variant — camping (fewer bugs, high contrast)
White 5000K variant — neutral work light

Q: Which colour do I pick?

White is the neutral work light for a job you need to see clearly. Amber reduces glare and attracts fewer bugs, which is the usual camping pick. Red is low-visibility and stays easy on dark-adapted eyes, so it suits cabins, hunting and signalling.

Q: What does IP67 actually mean?

IP67 means the lamp is fully sealed against dust and will survive short-term immersion in water to 1m. Rain, pressure wash and crossing a creek are fine; parking it on the bottom of the dam is not.

Q: What voltage systems does the ROK9 work on?

10 to 30V DC. That covers 12V automotive, 24V trucks and heavy vehicles, boats on 12 or 24V, and 12V off-grid caravan systems. One lamp, every common DC install.

Q: Can I mount it on a rail or tube?

Yes. The kit includes a flat base and a tubular base, so the lamp bolts onto a flat panel or clamps around a tube or bull-bar rail without any extra parts.

Q: How much current does it draw?

0.68A at 13.2V. That is a small-gauge-wire load — a single ROK9 on a 10A fused auxiliary circuit leaves plenty of headroom for other accessories.

Q: What is the beam like?

A 90-degree flood pattern. Built for close-in area light, not long-range driving. Think working on the vehicle, lighting a camp table, finding gear in a canopy, or marking a cabin step.

Q: What is the warranty?

3-year Lightforce limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Q: How long will the LEDs last?

Rated to 30,000 hours of life, which is roughly 10 years at 8 hours a day. In practice the LED outlives the fitting.

Q: Is the ROK9 reverse-polarity protected?

Yes. If the positive and negative are swapped on first install, the lamp just does not come on — no damage. Swap the wires and it works.
