A 12V 15A mains battery charger from Victron Energy with Bluetooth built in, a dedicated lithium mode and a fully sealed IP65 case. It plugs into any standard Australian 230V outlet and charges lead-acid, AGM, gel and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries up to 150Ah, so it suits 4WD auxiliary batteries, caravan and camper house batteries, boats and vehicles in storage.
The 7-stage adaptive charge sets the absorption time by how flat the battery was, then drops to float and a lower storage voltage. That means you can leave it connected for months without overcharging. Pick Normal, High or Li-ion with the MODE button, or pair it with the free VictronConnect app to see live voltage and current and set custom charge voltages. A 4A low current mode covers smaller batteries such as motorbikes and small lithium packs.
There's no fan. The charger is convection cooled, so it runs silently and the IP65 rating keeps out dust and water jets in sheds, garages and marine bays. It's protected against reverse polarity, short circuits and over-temperature. Full rated output holds up to 30°C ambient, and it keeps working (at reduced current) up to 50°C. Keep the mains plug and outlet dry and out of the weather.
This is a 230V charger, not a DC-DC charger. To charge an auxiliary battery from your alternator while driving, talk to our team about a DC-DC setup.
- Bluetooth Smart — set up, monitor and change charge settings from your phone with the free VictronConnect app
- 7-stage adaptive charging — adjusts absorption time to how flat the battery was, so it never over- or under-charges
- Lithium mode — dedicated Li-ion (LiFePO4) profile, plus Normal and High modes for lead-acid, AGM and gel
- IP65 waterproof and dust-proof — fully sealed with no fan, so it runs silently and suits sheds, garages and boats
- Storage mode — drops to a lower storage voltage to keep a parked vehicle or caravan battery healthy for months
- Low current mode — 4A setting for smaller batteries such as motorbikes and small lithium packs
- Up to 94% efficient — runs cooler, and draws just 0.5W on standby
- Fully protected — reverse polarity, output short-circuit and over-temperature protection
