A powder-coated replacement panel that bolts into the Landcruiser 78 Series Troopy's driver-side rear wall in place of the factory interior trim. Gives a flat, solid mounting surface for a DC-DC charger, battery monitor, auxiliary fuse block, inverter remote or 12V sockets. Fits VDJ78 and HZJ78 Troop Carriers from 2007 through to current GXL and Workmate trims where the water filler is NOT behind the driver's seat.

Laser-cut from a single steel sheet with folded return edges, powder-coated textured black to match the factory interior finish. Uses the OEM trim mounting points so no new holes get drilled through the body. Comes as the bare panel, so pre-drill mounting holes to suit whichever accessory you're fitting.

If the water filler for the long-range tank sits behind the driver's seat on your Troopy, this panel will not clear it; use the filler wall panel version instead. Any accessory bolted to this panel still needs its own fuse at the power source, not on the panel itself.

It replaces the factory interior trim panel behind the driver's seat with a flat steel mounting surface for 12V accessories. Gives you a clean, bolted face for a DC-DC charger, fuse block, battery monitor or similar without drilling the vehicle body.

Q: Will it fit my Troopy if the water filler is behind the driver seat?
No. The water filler sits exactly where this panel bolts. Use the filler wall panel version instead, which has the cut-out for the filler.

Q: Which Troopy variants does it suit?
VDJ78 (V8) and HZJ78 (1HZ) Troop Carriers from 2007 to current. Covers Workmate and GXL trims. Interior trim layout is the same across those years and trims.

Q: Does it come with mounting hardware for my accessory?
No. The panel ships bare so you can pre-drill it to the exact bolt pattern of whichever charger or accessory you are mounting. Vehicle-side fixings use the OEM captive nuts the factory trim panel used.

Q: What accessories can I mount on it?

Up to a Redarc BCDC Classic 50 fits comfortably. The panel face is larger than a single charger footprint, so there is room for the charger plus a fuse block or isolator alongside it.

Q: Can I paint it to match an interior refit?
Yes. The textured black powder-coat holds standard automotive primer and topcoat if you want to change the finish.

Q: Do I need to pre-fit the accessories before installing the panel?
Easier to drill, run cables and mount gear with the panel out of the vehicle. Then bolt the loaded panel in and connect the wiring run.
