A flush-panel cover for Anderson-style SB50 50A plugs. Panel-mount cut-out installation gives a clean finish on canopy walls, drawer fronts, control panels and battery boxes. The sprung dust flap keeps grit and moisture off the contacts when the plug is not mated.

Fits any grey, red or coloured SB50 housing sold under Anderson-style branding. Ships with two long screws for the panel cut-out and a polarity strip down one side so positive and negative can be labelled at a glance.

Use one on every panel-mounted Anderson-style connection outside the cabin, such as solar input, dual-battery inlet, trailer supply or camp light feed. The cover keeps normal driving grit, dust and splash off the exposed contacts when the plug is unmated. It is not an IP-rated seal.

Panel cover for Anderson-style SB50 connectors
12 V and 24 V DC systems
Fits any SB50 housing colour
Not for SB175 or SB350 (different housing size)

Q: Does this include the Anderson plug?
No. Cover only. The grey SB50 plug is sold separately.

Q: Will this fit 175 A or 350 A Anderson plugs?
No. The SB50 housing is a different size to SB175 and SB350. This cover is cut for SB50 only.

Q: What does SB50 mean?
SB50 is Anderson's model number for the 50 A small-block housing (SB stands for Small Block). It is the size used across most caravan, camper and 4WD dual-battery installations.

Q: Is this genuine Anderson?
Anderson-style. The housing pattern matches Anderson's SB50 dimensions so it fits genuine Anderson plugs and any other SB50-compatible housing in the Elevate range.

Q: How do I cut the panel hole?
Use the cover face as a template. Trace the cut-out, drill the corners, then rough-cut with a jigsaw or nibbler. Two long screws provided.

Q: Is the flap watertight?
No. It keeps out grit, dust and light splash while unplugged. Rain running down the panel drips off it, but this is not an IP-rated cover.

Q: Will it stay closed on a corrugated road?
Yes. The flap is spring-loaded and stays closed unless something opens it. Bumps and vibration do not open it on their own.

Q: Can I mount it upside down?
Yes. The spring closes the flap fully regardless of orientation. Mount whichever way suits your panel layout.

Q: What is the polarity strip for?
Yellow plus and minus symbols run down one side of the cover face. Fit the plug so its polarity matches, or add your own labels beside them.
