A 40L drawer fridge freezer that slides out on its own runners, so there's no need for a separate fridge slide. Puts food, drinks or ice behind an acrylic lid you can see through, with a locking floor plate bracket that holds everything down without drilling. Fits 4WD canopies, drawer systems, camper trailers and caravans with 836 × 595 × 326mm of space plus clearance for the compressor to breathe.
EvaKool build it on the Sunshine Coast with a SECOP PBC 2.5 compressor, an insulated metal cabinet, LED interior lighting and a front-panel display for temperature control. Runs from 12V or 24V DC auto-sensing through the Anderson plug fitted to the rear, or from 240V AC with the mains adapter.
Temperature range runs from -18°C right up to +10°C, so the same drawer runs as a fridge, a freezer or a true deep freezer depending on how you set it. Peak draw is around 2.4 A/hr set to -16°C and averages 1.2 A/hr set to 2°C at 32°C ambient over 24 hours. Pair it with a 100Ah lithium house battery as a starting point.
