A waterproof inline blade fuse holder that adds circuit protection to any 12V or 24V accessory feed, with the fuse itself sealed against water, dust and engine-bay grime. Fits aux socket runs, driving light feeds, radio backbones, fridge power leads and dual-battery accessory branches. Sits behind engine bays, 4WD canopies, caravan under-bench wiring, boat helms and canopy roofs.

The fuse sits under a hinged snap-cap sealed to IP67, and crimp terminals come pre-fitted each side for a fast splice into the circuit. Standard blade fuses drop in from 1A to 30A, and the holder takes anything labelled ATC, ATO or ATS since those three names all describe the same physical fuse.

Fuse-rate to the cable and the load, not to the holder's 30A ceiling. Rate the fuse a few amps above what the accessory actually draws, and never step a circuit up past the smallest cable in the run.

⚠ Important: the IP67 seal is on the fuse compartment itself. If you splice the crimp terminals to your circuit with bare joints, water can still get in at the splice. Finish with adhesive-lined dual-wall heat shrink over the crimps to keep the whole install sealed end-to-end.

Inline waterproof fuse holder for 12V and 24V DC accessory circuits.
12V and 24V systems (standard blade fuses rated to 32V DC)
Not for 48V systems, use a 58V-rated fuse holder instead
High-current circuits above 30A, use a Midi or MEGA fuse holder instead

Q: What's the difference between ATC, ATO and ATS blade fuses?
They're the same fuse under three interchangeable names, the standard flat, colour-coded blade fuse (red 10A, blue 15A, yellow 20A, clear 25A, green 30A). Any packet labelled ATC, ATO or ATS fits this holder.

Q: What does IP67 actually mean?
IP67 means the sealed cap protects the fuse against dust ingress and temporary submersion in up to 1m of water for 30 minutes. For everyday driving, engine-bay spray and marine use it's a strong seal, it isn't rated for permanent submersion.

Q: Does the fuse come included?
No, fuses are sold separately so you can pick the amperage for your circuit. Our assorted standard blade fuse kit covers every common amperage from 3A to 30A if you don't already have a range on hand.

Q: Is the whole install waterproof once this is fitted?
The IP67 seal covers the fuse itself. The crimp terminals where you join this holder into your circuit aren't sealed on their own, finish those splices with adhesive-lined heat shrink to keep the whole run weatherproof.

Q: Can I use this on a 24V system?
Yes. Standard blade fuses are rated to 32V DC, which covers both 12V and 24V automotive and marine systems. It isn't rated for 48V systems.

Q: Can I use this in marine and boat wiring?
Yes, the IP67 seal keeps the fuse compartment sealed against saltwater spray, the same standard used across boat, caravan and 4WD accessory wiring.

Q: How do I mount it?
The holder has an integrated mounting tab, screw or tie it to a solid point near the circuit it protects so it isn't left swinging on the cable, then crimp your wiring to each end.

Q: Which fuse rating do I need?
Match the fuse to the accessory's actual current draw, not the holder's 30A ceiling, check the accessory's rated current and fuse a few amps above that, never at or above the holder's 30A limit.
