A powder-coat black aluminium plate that mounts a National Luna awning LED to the exterior wall of a Jayco camper or caravan. The hole pattern aligns with Jayco's standard panel layout so the light sits where it's meant to without hunting for backing. Fits most Jayco pop-top, outback and expanda models with flat exterior wall panels.

3mm aluminium, powder-coated black for a clean match against Jayco exterior graphics and corrosion resistance against road debris. Pre-drilled on the front face for the National Luna light footprint. Mount it through the Jayco wall into existing wall stud or a supplied backing plate using M4 to M5 stainless fasteners (sold separately).

Pair the plate with the light before drilling. Mock the fit against your wall so the light clears any existing awning rail, slide-out seal or roof overhang. Use stainless screws in exterior salt-spray or coastal use, not zinc.

Pairs with

  • Jayco-specific fit — hole pattern aligns with Jayco exterior wall layout
  • 3mm aluminium — rigid plate that won't flex at highway speed
  • Powder-coat black — matches Jayco exterior graphics and resists corrosion
  • Pre-drilled front — accepts the National Luna LED footprint without re-marking
  • Perth-fabricated — made in-house, backed by a 3-year Elevate warranty
  • Standard fasteners — mounts with M4 to M5 stainless through the Jayco wall

Jayco caravans and campers — flat exterior wall panel
Jayco pop-top, outback and expanda with flat exterior walls
12V DC awning LED fitment (National Luna footprint)
Not for Jayco Starcraft or any curved-wall exterior profile

Q: Does this fit all Jayco models?
Fits most Jayco campers and caravans with a flat exterior wall panel (pop-top, outback, expanda). It is not designed for Jayco Starcraft or any curved-wall exterior profile. Measure that your target install area is flat before ordering.

Q: Does the plate come with the National Luna light?
No. The plate is the bracket only, so order the National Luna awning LED separately. Elevate doesn't currently stock the light itself. Source it from a National Luna distributor and bring it to the Perth workshop for fitting.

Q: Does it come with screws?
No. Jayco wall thickness and backing varies by model year, so pick M4 to M5 stainless screws of a length that suits your wall and any backing plate you're adding. Use stainless, not zinc, so the fastener doesn't rust against the aluminium plate.

Q: Why Jayco-specific instead of the universal plate?
The hole pattern on this plate matches Jayco's exterior wall layout, so the light sits where it belongs without re-measuring or hunting for backing. The universal plate (sold as a pair) is for non-Jayco builds where you're drilling your own hole pattern.

Q: What is the plate made from?
3mm aluminium, powder-coated black. Aluminium stays rigid at this thickness without the weight of steel, and the powder-coat holds up against road grime and UV. Elevate uses aluminium on exterior-fitting brackets so there's nothing to rust on a vehicle that gets washed and wet.

Q: Can I use the universal pair plate instead?
You can, but you'll be marking and drilling your own hole pattern into the Jayco wall. The Jayco-specific plate skips that step and matches the panel layout out of the box.

Q: Can I install it myself?
Yes. Mock the plate against the wall and mark the mounting holes through the plate. Drill the wall, seal the fastener holes with silicone, bolt the plate on with stainless fasteners, then bolt the National Luna light to the front of the plate using its own supplied hardware.

Q: Can Elevate fit it for me?
Yes. Bring the plate and the National Luna light to the Perth workshop and we'll fit both to your Jayco with sealed penetrations and tidy wiring. Book through the workshop page.

Q: Does the plate need to be powder-coated, or can I get it bare?
Bare aluminium on a Jayco exterior tarnishes to a dull grey within months, especially in coastal use. The powder-coat is a cosmetic match to Jayco's exterior graphics and a corrosion barrier against road salt and bug acid. Elevate only fabs these in powder-coat black.

Q: How do I know the plate will clear my existing awning rail?
Mock the plate against the wall where you want the light before drilling. Check it clears the awning rail at the top, any slide-out or window seal to the side, and the roof overhang. 10mm of clear space around the plate perimeter is a safe margin.
