A 120-piece assortment of standard wedge fuses (also called standard blade, or ATO/ATC/ATS depending on the packaging) that covers 12V and 24V vehicle circuits from 5A up to 40A. Enough to keep replacements and spares on hand across a full vehicle, workshop or fleet fuse box.

Fuses come colour-coded to the industry-standard shades so you can spot the amperage before reading the number stamped on the body. Standard wedge is the medium-size family, sitting between the smaller Mini/Micro2 and the larger Maxi. Rated to 32V DC per SAE J1284, so covers 12V and 24V DC circuits.

Fuse the wiring, not the accessory. Match the rating to the circuit gauge and load; never fit a higher amperage than the wiring was designed for, or the fuse stops protecting against a fault.

Other blade fuse kits in our range

If a finer 3A to 30A assortment or bigger fuses suit better:

  • 120 Pieces — plenty of spares across a full amperage range
  • 5A to 40A — covers light circuits through heavier loads
  • Colour-Coded — spot the right amperage at a glance
  • Standard Blade — fits the huge majority of vehicle fuse boxes

Q: What does ATS/ATC/ATO blade fuse mean?
They're the same fuse under different names, the flat, colour-coded automotive fuses used in most vehicle, marine and 4WD fuse boxes. Whatever the packaging calls them, they're interchangeable.

Q: How do the colours work?
Each amperage has a standard colour. For example, red is usually 10A, blue 15A, yellow 20A, clear 25A, green 30A. It lets you grab roughly the right fuse by colour before confirming the amperage printed on the body.

Q: Can I use a higher-amp fuse if I don't have the right size?
No. A fuse protects the wiring, not just the device. Fitting a higher rating than the circuit was designed for defeats that protection and risks a wiring fire if a fault occurs. Always replace like-for-like.

Q: Will these fit a mini or micro2 fuse box?
No. These are standard-size blade fuses. Mini blade (smaller, common on many modern Japanese and European vehicles) and micro2 (smallest, tall and thin) are different physical sizes and need their own fuse kits.

Q: Is this suitable for a 24V system?
Yes. Standard blade fuses are rated to 32V DC, which covers both 12V and 24V systems.

Q: Do fuses go bad sitting in storage?
Not meaningfully. A blade fuse is a passive metal strip in a plastic body, with no battery or chemistry to degrade. Keep the assortment dry and they'll be good whenever you need them.

Q: What amperage do I need for my accessory?
Match the fuse to the circuit, not guesswork. Check the accessory's rated current draw (or the wiring/manufacturer instructions for that circuit) and fuse just above it, never below.

Q: Can I use these to populate one of your fuse boxes or fuse blocks?
Yes. This kit is a good match for any of our standard blade fuse boxes, fuse blocks and inline holders where you need a range of amperages on hand.
