Three-metre power cable with a grey Anderson-style SB50 plug on one end and a two-pin Waeco fridge plug on the other. Runs a 12 V or 24 V compressor fridge from a battery box, dual-battery inlet, portable power station or solar controller with an SB50 outlet.

The 16 AWG twin cable is unfused, so protect it at the source with a fuse sized to your fridge's peak draw (typically 10 A at 12 V for a 40-litre-class fridge). The Anderson end is the standard grey housing, so it mates with any grey SB50 in the Elevate range or fitted to your rig.

Fits the Waeco 2-pin fridge plug used across CFX-35, CFX-40, CFX-50, CFX-65 and CFX-65DZ, and the older CF-11, CF-25, CF-35, CF-40, CF-50, CF-50DZ and CF-60 series, plus the CDF, CCF and FF models that carry the same plug. If your Waeco has a coaxial DC socket instead of the 2-pin plug, this cable does not fit.

Q: Will this cable fit all Waeco fridges?

Q: Can I use this with non-grey Anderson plugs?
Grey SB50 mates only with grey SB50. Red with red, yellow with yellow. If your source outlet is grey, this cable connects. Otherwise use a matching-colour cable.

Q: Is the cable fused?
No. Fuse at the source, on the positive line as close to the power source as practical. Size to fridge peak draw. A 40-litre-class fridge starts around 8 to 10 A at 12 V. Size fuse to that.

Q: What does SB50 mean?
SB50 is Anderson's model number for the 50 A small-block housing (SB stands for Small Block). Standard-size housing used across battery boxes, dual-battery inlets and camp gear.

Q: What gauge is the cable?
16 AWG (2 x 1.31 mm²). Sized for 10 A continuous over 3 metres to a fridge-class load.

Q: Can I run it on 24 V?
Yes. The Waeco 2-pin plug and the SB50 both handle 24 V. Make sure the fridge input voltage matches the source.

Q: What if I need a longer cable?
3 metres is the standard length. For longer runs, step up cable size (14 AWG or 12 AWG) to keep voltage drop under 3 percent. Or add an SB50 extension between the outlet and this cable.

Q: Anderson-style or genuine Anderson?
Anderson-style. The SB50 housing is a widely produced pattern that mates with genuine Anderson SB50 as well as any other SB50-compatible plug in the Elevate range.

Q: Which end is positive?
Anderson SB50 housings hold both terminals in one shell. The Waeco plug is polarised by pin position, and the cable is factory-wired so positive on the Anderson end matches positive on the Waeco end.
