No. The housing and four mounting screws are all that comes in the box. Sockets are chosen and purchased separately so you can mix cig, USB, Merit, voltmeter, or gauge to suit.

Yes. The thermoplastic body is designed to carry standard 12 to 24V accessory sockets without flex, provided the panel behind it is sound.
