A flat edge-mount bracket that holds one Elevate switch on a straight edge, so the switch sits proud of the mounting surface for quick access. Fits 4WD dash panels, caravan cabinets, boat helms, UTVs and custom switch panels where there's no room for a full multi-switch panel. Mounts to any flat surface with the supplied screws.

The bracket is 85mm long, 40mm wide and 3mm thick in aluminium, finished in matte black powder coat so it sits flat against the mounting surface without catching light. The cutout accepts the Elevate single-switch housing from the front, and the bracket screws down from the top so both faces stay accessible for wiring behind.

Pre-drill the mounting holes if you're going into sheet metal or composite panel, and run the switch wiring through a grommet so the loom doesn't chafe on the cut edge. The bracket carries no electrical load, so no fuse rating applies to the holder; fuse the circuit at the source based on the switch and accessory downstream.

Q: What is this bracket for?
It holds one Elevate switch on a flat surface so the switch body sits proud for easy access. Use it when you need to mount a single switch without installing a full multi-switch panel.

Q: What is a switch holder?
A switch holder (also called a switch mount or switch bracket) is a plate with a precut hole that lets you fit a switch to a surface that doesn't already have a mounting cutout. The switch housing sits in the hole; the bracket mounts to the panel.

Q: Does this fit other brands of switch?
The cutout is sized for the Elevate single-switch housing. Rocker switches and other switch bodies won't fit the cutout. For Carling-style rocker switches, we also sell a Rocker Switch Mounting Panel — Side (Carling 37×21mm).

Q: Can it mount vertically or on its side?
Yes. The holder has no orientation requirement, so it fits horizontal, vertical or diagonal panels. Choose the orientation that keeps the switch at a natural angle for your hand.

Q: What material is it made from?
Aluminium with a black matte powder coat. The powder coat is non-reflective, so it won't throw dashboard glare, and it holds up on exposed surfaces like canopies and boat helms.

Q: How thick is the bracket?
3mm. Thin enough to sit flat against most dash panels without a visible step, but stiff enough that the switch doesn't flex when you press it.

Q: Are mounting screws included?
Yes. The bracket ships with screws suited to flat panel mounting. For sheet metal or composite panels, pre-drill the holes to prevent splitting.

Q: Do I need to fuse the bracket itself?
No. The bracket carries no electrical load, so no fuse rating applies to the holder. Fuse the switch circuit at the source based on the accessory the switch controls.

Q: Will it hold up in marine or outback use?
The aluminium body and powder-coat finish resist corrosion in marine and dusty outback use. For long-term salt exposure, rinse the bracket when you rinse the vessel and keep the switch housing's own weather seal intact.

Q: What size switch cutout does it have?
